Boss Babes RVA was founded as an outlet for female entrepreneurs to hang out, uplift each other, learn from one another, and surround themselves with a group of motivated, passionate, & creative individuals.

Today, that small group of 20 or so has grown to nearly 9,000+ women.

We continue to build community, support each other, and actively participate in growing the number of female-identifying bosses and entrepreneurs in the city of Richmond, Virginia.
